Terms of Service

These terms govern your WP Hero subscription. By checking out you agree to a recurring support plan for one website, billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.

What you are buying

Unlimited small WordPress support tasks that can be completed in under 60 minutes, plus the monitoring and maintenance included in your plan. Larger work is quoted separately and only starts after you approve it.

Billing and cancellation

Hero, SEO, chatbot and hosting plans renew each month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Quick Site monthly plans have a 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. Leaving early means settling the remaining months or the once-off site price. Annual Hero plans run to the end of their term. Prices are in South African Rand. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Access and liability

You remain the owner of your website and data. We take a backup before making changes. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting outages, or work done by other people on the site.
