How quickly will my tasks be completed?
Task completion depends on volume and plan type. Basic Plan tasks are handled during business hours on a queue basis, while Pro Plan tasks receive priority. Most small tasks are resolved within 24-48 hours during active support times.
Can I add multiple sites to one subscription?
Currently, each subscription covers one WordPress site. To manage multiple sites, you’ll need a separate subscription for each.
How do I check the status of my support tickets?
Log into your “My Account” dashboard and use the “Manage Site” tab to access a link to Fluent Support, where you can view all ticket statuses and histories submitted during your subscription.
What happens if my site has a major issue?
For major issues (e.g., site crashes), submit a ticket with detailed information during business hours. Our team will assess if it requires multiple small tasks or a custom solution, and we’ll guide you accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your WooCommerce “My Account” page under Subscriptions. Note that cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial months.
What if I need help outside business hours?
Support is limited to Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM SAST. For urgent issues, submit a ticket during these hours, and we’ll address it as soon as possible. Pro Plan’s priority response applies within business hours only.
